Australian truck and trailer parts supplier, MaxiPARTS, has announced the acquisition of Ratcliff Transport Spares in Dubbo, NSW. The acquisition complements the Company’s recent expansion of branches in NSW and brings MaxiPARTS total retail and wholesale sites across Australia to 24.
MaxiPARTS General Manager, Peter Loimaranta, said he was excited to announce the Dubbo store acquisition. “In the past 6 months our expansion in NSW has included the relocation of our Albury and Ingleburn branches to bigger, better facilities, along with the acquisition of Central Coast Truck Parts in Warnervale and RW International Parts in Wagga Wagga. The further acquisition of Ratcliff Transport Spares in Dubbo is integral to the existing MaxiPARTS network and not only improves our coverage in NSW, but Australia wide,” he said.
Mr Loimaranta went on to explain, “For Ratcliff Transport Spares’ present customers, it will be business as usual with no change to existing staff and location. But now, with the addition of MaxiPARTS’ diverse core product range, MaxiPARTS Dubbo will be a one stop shop for the area.”
National Retail Sales Manager, Justin O’Brien, elaborated on the extent of the range that the rebranded store will cover. “At each MaxiPARTS branch you’ll find everything from suspensions to, axles, oils, filters, lights, seats, batteries, lubes, tyres and tools,” he said. “We stock a number of market leading brands including Castrol, Narva, Hendrickson, Meritor, SP tools, V.Orlandi, Fullchamp, Alemlube and Fleetguard to name just a few. We’ll ensure all truck and trailer parts and equipment needs are covered.”
