1945 – Freighter Ltd buys McGrath Trailers
1946 – Freighter Ltd gets to work. The first Freighter trailers can be seen on Australian roads
1972 – Maxi-CUBE commenced operations
1983 – Production of curtain-sided (Tautliner) trailers begins
1987 – Freighter sells its 50,000th unit
1994 – Maxi-CUBE lists as a public company
1995 – New Zealand (Maxi-CUBE) commenced operations
1996 – China joint venture established
1998 – Maxi-CUBE Ltd purchased Freighter Industries, and was renamed MaxiTRANS Industies Ltd
2003 – Lusty EMS Pty Ltd acquired
2004 – MaxiTRANS Richlands manufacturing facility commenced operations
2004 – Hamelex White acquired
2012 – AZMEB acquired
2012 – Acquired 80% of Transport Connection, South Australia
2019 – Trout River is acquired
2020 – Hamelex White celebrates 25 years in operation
2021 – Freighter celebrates 75 years in operation
2021 – Australian Trailer Solutions Group (ATSG) purchases MaxiTRANS Trailer business
2022 – Maxi-CUBE celebrates 50 years in operation
