Robert H. Wylie
Currently a Director of The Walter + Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research, Mr. Wylie has wide ranging experience in professional service in a variety of management roles with Deloitte. He has previously held senior positions with Deloitte Touche USA LLP. Prior to this, he was Deputy Managing Partner Asia Pacific. This followed a long career with Deloitte Australia, including eight years as National Chairman. Mr. Wylie also served on the Global Board of Directors and the Governance Committee of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and the Global Board of Directors of Deloitte Consulting. Mr. Wylie is also a former National President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Formerly a Director of Elders Limited from November 2009 to August 2012 and Director of both Centro Properties Limited and CPT Manager Limited from October 2008 to December 2011.
James R. Curtis
Deputy Chairman, Non-Executive
Mr. Curtis was one of the founders of the Group in 1972. He has over 50 years’ experience in the transport equipment industry and is a pioneer of fibreglass road transport equipment in Australia.
Managing Director and CEO
Mr. Jenkins is the former Chief Operating Officer & Executive Director of the Weir Group PLC, one of the world’s leading engineering businesses, employing over 14,000 people across approximately 70 countries. He also held Divisional Managing Director roles for the company’s Minerals and Power and Industrial divisions. Prior to joining the Weir Group, Mr. Jenkins was Chief Executive Officer of UGL Rail from 2008-2010, Australia’s largest supplier and maintainer of rolling stock with operations also in Hong Kong and New Zealand and supply chain in China. He also spent 11 years in senior leadership roles with QANTAS, culminating in the role of Group General Manager/Head of Engineering, Material and Logistics.
Formerly Managing Director of PACCAR Australia Pty Ltd with thirty-five years’ experience in the manufacturing and road transport equipment industry. Mr. Rizzo has a wide knowledge of the industry generally along with strong manufacturing, sales and marketing experience in a directly related field. Former Vice President of the Truck Industry Council. He is also a non-executive director of AME Systems (Vic) Pty Ltd.
Non-Executive Director of Hydro Tasmania and TasRail, Ms. Hogg has held senior executive finance roles at Transurban Group, Vale Inco and WMC Resources.
Ms Verschuer is an experienced non-executive director and is currently President of The Infants’ Home, a provider of integrated early childhood education, family day care, early intervention and health services. Ms Verschuer has over 25 years of global senior management experience across a range of industries, including leading the Minerals and Metals business for Schenck Process and the Asian business for Huhtamaki. In those roles, Ms Verschuer had responsibility for manufacturing, supply chain and sales operations in diverse geographies and cultures.
