MaxiPARTS Darwin Opening

MaxiPARTS Darwin Now Open

Australian truck and trailer parts supplier, MaxiPARTS, has announced the opening of its retail outlet in Darwin.  Officially open for trading on Tuesday 17th June in the suburb of Winnellie, the Company says the new store will be able to service many industries, including transport and mining, for all of their parts requirements.

“Darwin has changed significantly over the last few years and we believe it is a critical site for anyone wanting to be a truly national operator,” said MaxiPARTS General Manager, Peter Loimaranta. “We are committed to providing comprehensive customer service levels to local customers, while also providing national support to larger operators. Like our Mackay start up last year and our acquisitions in the Central Coast, Wagga and Dubbo, opening a new store in Darwin further expands our network, for ease of customer accessibility. We expect our entry into Darwin will quickly change the local market with a larger site, larger stock holding and increased service level than has previously been seen.”

“The new store is located at 508 Stuart Highway, Winnellie,” Loimaranta continued. “It has over 1300 m² of showroom and warehousing space, meaning we will be able to carry sufficient stock to satisfy the requirements of the busy Darwin industry. The site’s close location to the port allows for the landing of containers to enable the swift entry for customer orders and replenishment of stock. Already, we have shipped in over 10 containers of products.”

Newly appointed MaxiPARTS Darwin Branch Manager, Ean Cameron, said he is excited to join the MaxiPARTS team in Darwin. “We look forward to providing a professional service level for our Northern Territory customer base. Our product range includes suspensions, axles, oils, filters, lights, batteries, lubes, tyres and tools from a number of market leading brands including Castrol, Narva, Hendrickson, Meritor, SP Tools, V.Orlandi and Alemlube. MaxiPARTS have all truck and trailer parts and equipment needs covered.”
